My weight is coming down some, but I’m still not back to my last low of 202.8, but very close at 203.2. I’ve promised myself to not have my “traditional” freak out until next week. I really believe this week my lack of weight loss is due to starting my strength training back up after a week off. I was pretty sore after my first few days. I also noticed my protein intake was about 10% less than usual. I don’t know if that would make a difference, but it would make perfect sense seeing as it would change my other ratios.
My short term goal is to be under 200 by December 31, 2007. I’m thinking that would be a GREAT start to what is going to be an AMAZING new year for me!
