Peanut Butter Chicken Stir-Fry
Stir-fry recipes are a great way to save time and get a full serving or two of healthy veggies!
1 small onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
3 stalks fresh broccoli cut
1 lb chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Lite Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- Stir fry all veggies in sesame oil until soft.
- While veggies are cooking, mix together peanut butter and soy sauce.
- After the veggies are done cooking set aside and cook chicken. Add peanut butter mixture when chicken has cooked through.
- Mix veggies in with chicken and serve.
