Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

1 tsp cinnamon
2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- In a bowl mix eggs and cinnamon. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture.
- Lightly grease skillet with light spray or dab of butter.
- After the bread is thoroughly soaked, cook each side on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with your choice of fruit and/or sugar free syrup.
