Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

Have you given up some of your favorite breakfast items?  Making better choices is the first step in living a healthier life-style.  This simple recipe will be a healthy option that will never leave you feeling deprived.

 

 

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix eggs and cinnamon.  Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture.
  2. Lightly grease skillet with light spray or dab of butter.
  3. After the bread is thoroughly soaked, cook each side on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.  Serve with your choice of fruit and/or sugar free syrup.
