2 Weeks Out! Moving Quickly Now!

I can’t believe I’m already to this point!  To make things even better, I’ve hit an all new low on exactly 2 weeks out!  I’m weighing in at an all new low of 151 lbs (96lbs lost) a week after taking charge of my diet and cardio.  I’m also incorporating a little more instinctual listening

*Sigh of Relief*

It’s taken me a few days to mentally adjust to taking charge of my own diet.  It’s scary, but I feel freed.  It feels GREAT!  The fact the scale has gone from 154.8 to 153 in 4 days is very comforting.  But I really would like to know that even if the scale didn’t budge
