Peaking Calories – not so peaked

Just plugged in the macros for my meal plans on peaking week.  I’m losing at 1500 calories, I begin to retain water under this.  I’m not sure too if it’s a drop in carbs because I notice at 50 grams of carbs I begin to retain and slow down as well.  Not completely sure if

100 lbs – Burn Baby Burn!

Official starting weight 247, highest weight ever saw 250 (probably even higher, just never saw it), total loss HAS to be more than 100 lbs!  Surely my bones are more dense and my muscle mass has increased to offset some of that burned fat weight on the scale!  Surely, more than 100lbs! Recieved Peaking Program

9 Days left, not to include what’s left of today.  Oh, and I need more water be right back… Okay. SO much on my mind, and there’s almost so much on my mind I can’t even think about it all.  If that made any sense.  On top of that peaking weak has my head spinning.
