Week 2 in the Gym

“WOW!  I can’t believe this workout kicked my butt!  All I did was add another cycle!  I’m resisting the feelings of defeat by acknowledging how much I’ve “lost”.  My buds in the gym are encouraging me with “at least your back” comments.  And I say AMEN to that!  At LEAST I’m BACK!  Just saying that
