Slowly but Surely

The weekend before last I threw my hands in the air and said FUCK IT!  Sounds bad doesn’t it?  But it actually turned out to be a good indicator of all my progress and a boost in my confidence and motivation.  I’m so sick of having to be so super fucking strict with my diet.

Then and Now – breaking down walls
