Biggest Loser Finale
visit web page WOW! The transformations that take place on the Biggest Loser are OUTSTANDING! It was inspiring and discouraging all at the same time. Those people work their butts off! It’s crazy to think I “ONLY” do 60 min. of strength training 4 times a day with “ONLY” 1 or 2 sessions of HIIT and “ONLY” 3 or 4 days of steady state cardio. I’ve heard these Biggest Loser contestants workout 4 to 6 hours a day!! There’s NO way I can or would do that. It would SEEM to me that a lot of muscle would be lost that way too. But, maybe I’m wrong.
I start thinking if they can’t or don’t look the way I in vision myself looking at goal, how am I TO DO IT? Is my goal and the way I in vision myself looking unrealistic? I do remind myself that they did this in how many weeks/ months? I do have more than 4-6 months, or whatever their time period is, to complete my transformation, unless it’s a year. Besides that, this is all about what I’m going to prove I can do when I put my mind to it, not following what others can or have done. I’m done having others tell me what I can or can’t do. This is about showing others YOU CAN do it if you set that beautiful, powerful mind to doing it! In vision it, and achieve it!
