I know some of you are following along, so this is where you will find my workout routines. I’m also assuming if you are following me you are mostly a “beginner” with some experience. I’ll add the link to some of the exercise demos in the PDF as well. I hope this will help you. BUT please remember, these workouts are designed for me, for my specific needs and wants – yours may be completely different, and most likely are.
